Yesterday was an incredible day at the Tavares High School Homecoming Parade! 💙 ❤️ Proud to show off our school spirit alongside our amazing community!
When a student misses so many days that they are chronically absent (10% or more days) it means the lack of engagement in learning is an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed. Chronic absence affects all kids, not just the absent ones. #HereTodayReadyforTomorrow
🌟 What a successful week of learning! Just a friendly reminder that tomorrow is a teacher work day. Take this time to recharge and prepare for next week. See everyone back on Monday, September 15th! Enjoy! 🍎✨
Health-related absences are a top reason students miss school, yet sometimes they can be avoided. Partner with health providers to keep students healthy and in school! #HereTodayReadyforTomorrow
A huge thank you to our parents and community members for supporting our school’s positive behavior system! 🙌 Our students absolutely love these rewards! 💖
🌟 Successful testing day means we have just enough time to break out the manipulatives! ✨ Mrs. Thollebeke provided opportunities for creativity in Geometry and exploration of shapes in fun ways!
✨ Progress Reports are in! 📈 Time to reflect on how far we've come and where we’re headed! 🌟
September is Attendance Awareness Month! Let's help students build a habit of good attendance early and often. #HereTodayReadyforTomorrow
🌟 Big shoutout to all the incredible Patriots who helped us secure our Gold STEAM award for the 3rd consecutive year! 🥇
🚨 Attention, TMS! Just a reminder to make sure your Chromebook is fully charged for PM1 testing on Tuesday, Sept 9th and 16th! Remember, a dead battery is like a family road trip without snacks—nobody wants that chaos! 😂💻
